I have found the best day to breed is on day 9. I like to get them on day 5 after you first see blood and keep them until he stops showing interest or we have 3 successful ties. If for some reason it looks like a natural tie is not going to happen I will AI her at least 2 times, to insure pregnancy.

Chilled shipped semen is available for SX, TCI or AI.*at no additional fee, just pay FedEx overnight shipping.

Murphy is a beautiful healthy AKC registered Bernese Mountain Dog. Murphy is genetic tested 100% (-0- variants) clear of ALL available Bernese genetic testing and has a prelim rating as good hips with OFA. He is such a smart boy and keeps us laughing with all his silliness. Murphy has consistently produced large litter sizes of nine or more, even when he had his semen collected and the female was AI'd by me (I have a veterinary background) Remie had a litter of 13 when she was AI'd~ I have also shipped semen out of state many times~ when it arrives its over 90% mobility! He produces large litters.

Murphy is a smaller Bernese weighing only 70# which I personally love, he is less likely to have the under lying health issues the larger ones have, plus he has the ability to cover not only large females... but he will not hurt smaller females.

His stud fee is $1000 or pick of the litter. I am willing to meet part way to exchange your female. Give me a call we can work out all the particulars. If your female has a singleton~ you get a rebreed. 2 puppies is a litter.

If he is something that you would like to include into your breeding program, please feel free to give me a call.

I am Golden Retriever (Golden Mountain Dog) and Standard Poodle (Bernedoodle) and Australian Sheppard (Australian Mountain Dog)  friendly!

I have MANY breeder and veterinarian references available, please ask! It does not offend me at all, I encourage it.
